Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ITALIAN MONAŔCH is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Customized or altered products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed after deducting the applicable 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
